Shipping and Ordering Information

We offer free standard shipping world-wide. Any duties and taxes are assessed by the customer’s governing customs and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information.

You will have a short window to cancel items in your order before they begin processing.

Contact team@byroneyewear.com should you require anything special on your order once it has been processed.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorisation will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by you card’s issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.

We gladly accept unworn merchandise purchased on byroneyewear.com for return or exchange.

Send your return with your order number to: Byron Eyewear, PO Box 619, Byron Bay NSW 2481.

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it’s received after 30 days, a online store credit will be issued to you.

Byron Eyewear merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual store for their return policy.
